What is the status of my order?
Please login to your personalized customer account to see the most updated status for your order. If you haven't created an account yet, please register with the e-mail used at the time of your last purchase. If the item is late or you are unclear about the status, please reach out to us via the contact page and a customer representative will assist you further.
Can I change my order?
If you made an incorrect order, we ask that you please cancel the order by using the contact form on our site or e-mail us at email@example.com and then place the correct order. Please include your full name and order # when requesting a cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours after request for cancellation.
If your order has already been shipped by the time your order cancellation is requested, we will be unable to change your order.
Where do you ship?
We offer shipping to all of the 50 states, territories, and APO addresses along with 27+ foreign countries around the world.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We process all orders within 1 business day!
Do you offer fast shipping?
We offer fast shipping on all items. Orders under 1lb ship via USPS First Class Mail and orders 1lb+ ship via USPS Priority Mail. Heavy items may ship via FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground depending on customer location.
How can I track my order?
We will e-mail you a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. You may also login to your Boyd Bros customer account at any time to check the current tracking status of your order.
Do you accept returns?
We offer 30-Day no hassle moneyback guaranteed returns on all orders except:
1. Returns not accepted for any items sold as “As Is/Parts/Not Working”.
2. Returns not accepted on any product where the listing contains the text “All sales on this product are final”.
If an item is returned,
the item must be returned in exactly the same condition in which it was sent. This includes all parts and pieces of the products as well as the packaging if the item is sent in retail packaging.
How long does it take to process a return?
We process all refunds within 48 hours upon receiving your returned goods to our warehouse.
Do you offer warranties?
Boyd Bros does not offer warranties on any items. Some items may include factory warranties, but Boyd Bros does not guarantee or provide support for any such service.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes! You can check out our store at 102 W. Vance St. Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526. We will be holding SuperSale Events every Saturday!
Do you offer local pickup?
Absolutely! Select local pickup at checkout and save on shipping costs. Your order will be processed within 1-2 hours on average during business hours and you can pickup Tuesday-Saturday during store hours.
